Hathaway and Kunz serves as bond counsel for Albany County

It was our pleasure to serve as bond counsel for Albany County, Wyoming! We congratulate the County on the successful sale of $1,635,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2019, for county improvement projects.

Some of the projects include:

• Renovating the Albany County Public library (including replacing flooring, furniture, window coverings and signage) 
• Renovating the county’s Road and Bridge shops (including roofs, energy-efficient lighting, and garage doors)
• Renovating the Albany County Courthouse (including replacing carpet and furniture, repairing and replacing the sidewalk, and renovating the North entry)
• Performing major maintenance, renovation or even reconstruction of several County roads
