Tyler Garrett secures appellate victory for client before the Wyoming Supreme Court

Congratulations to Tyler Garret and his client on their victory in Olson v. Schriner, 2020 WY 36, ¶ 1 (Wyo. Mar. 11, 2020)! 

In an unanimous decision, the Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that a lower court correctly awarded Mr. Garrett’s client the expenses at issue and also correctly awarded his related attorney’s fees.
