Tyler is a trusted mediator who helps parties resolve complex, high-stakes disputes efficiently and effectively. Drawing on extensive experience in trial and appellate litigation, he brings a unique ability to evaluate risk, clarify issues, and guide parties toward practical resolution. 

Mike’s background as a Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice and District Court Judge provides him with deep legal expertise and neutral perspective that is essential for being an effective mediator. In addition, his extensive history as a civil trial attorney—having handled 24 jury trials and approximately 25 appellate cases—gives him a practical understanding of various legal disputes that are ripe for resolution.
