As an associate with Hathaway & Kunz, Noah works with clients across innovative industries to create practical solutions to complex legal challenges. His fluency in blockchain, digital assets, AI, and emerging technologies allows him to provide clients with forward-looking legal strategies.

A Wyoming native, Noah graduated from Campbell County High School in Gillette before attending the University of Wyoming, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology.

While completing his undergraduate studies, he interned for the Wyoming Legislature and later worked on the staff of U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis in Washington, D.C., Casper, and Cheyenne after graduation. Inspired by his experience in public service, Noah returned to the University of Wyoming College of Law to pursue his Juris Doctor.

While in law school, Noah co-founded the Blockchain Law and Innovation Club, helping introduce legal education on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 to the College of Law. He was also appointed as the sole student representative on the University of Wyoming Artificial Intelligence Committee, served as an inaugural Blockchain Law Fellow, and was recognized as the College of Law’s 2024–2025 Business Planning Practicum’s Most Outstanding Student.

He first joined Hathaway & Kunz after his 1L year, worked for the firm throughout the remainder of law school, and joined full-time after his graduation from law school in 2025.

Beyond his legal practice, Noah serves on the Wyoming State Museum’s board for civic engagement, enjoys spending time with his wife and cheering on the Pokes whenever they take the field.
